Funambol and FS VAS Provide First Personal Cloud Service for Vivo, Brazil's #1 Mobile Operator

FOSTER CITY, CA--(Marketwired - May 13, 2014) - Funambol, the leading provider of white-label personal cloud solutions, and FS VAS, a leading provider of mobile value-added services, today announced that the companies have partnered to provide Vivo Sync, the first personal cloud service in Brazil for Vivo's subscribers. Vivo Sync enables users to automatically secure, sync and share personal data and content on mobile devices and computers via the cloud. The service was recently launched, with more than 300,000 people experiencing very good performance. Funambol and FS VAS will launch personal cloud services for additional Telefónica operators in South America during 2014.
