Envirotest, an Opus Inspection, Inc. subsidiary, welcomes Mr. Jim Sands as
President.  Mr. Sands is a leading business executive with more than twenty
years of vehicle inspection industry experience in various positions, who brings
global experience and proven leadership to Envirotest.  Mr. Sands has a strong
customer relations orientation and will be instrumental in continuing the
company’s focus on our customers’ needs in the U.S. centralized vehicle

leadership, Envirotest will play a significant role in the Opus Inspection
portfolio of product and service offerings.

With Mr. Sands’ appointment, Mr. Lothar Geilen will continue as CEO of Opus
Inspection and Envirotest. “We are extremely pleased that Jim has chosen to join
Envirotest,” said Lothar Geilen. “I have personally known Jim for many years.
Jim brings the right credentials and experience to continue to meet and exceed
