BSE recently acquired the test handler assets of Aetrium Inc., which are used by the same companies and the same departments as those using Boston Semi Equipment's existing automated test equipment (ATE). Leveraging BSE's large Asia sales and service team to support Aetrium handlers strengthens the company's support of key semiconductor manufacturers and OSAT customers in the region.
