Primero Mining Corp. ("Primero" or the "Company") (TSX:P)(NYSE:PPP) announced today it has completed the repurchase of $1.9 million of its $50.0 million convertible senior unsecured debentures due March 31, 2016 (the "Debentures"). This represents 3.8% of the outstanding aggregate principal amount of the Debentures, pursuant to its offer to repurchase the Debentures announced on April 4, 2014. The repurchased Debentures have been cancelled and $48.1 million remain outstanding.
