The training, initially developed as a three-day Developer Boot Camp, has expanded to cover additional user types, including a one-day Power User Training and a two-day Administrator Training. Participants will work closely with dedicated CRM experts as they navigate through labs and demos of CRM environments. The recommended attendance for the Developer Boot Camp is maximum three developers, in order to foster as much one-on-one instruction as possible. The other have a recommended maximum attendance of 12 users. Training can take place on the University of North Carolina, Charlotte campus or delivered on-site at the attendees' own offices.
