Following a review of whether circumstances had changed enough in the market for the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) to alter its original decision, CMA this morning provisionally confirmed its original decision that Eurotunnel should be barred from operating a ferry service from Dover.
CMA will now consider responses to its provisional decisions before publishing its final decision in the remittal next month.
