After the patient's approval of the proposed procedures, Dr. McEvoy designs the restoration through the CEREC 3D Computer Assisted Design software. This transfers the design to a ceramic block in a milling chamber that sculpts and shapes the crown, inlay or other restoration. The patient receives the restoration within the same day, eliminating the need for temporary crowns and repeated visits.
