(HSL), a pioneer in IP surveillance services throughout the Caribbean. Under the agreement, HSL will resell and integrate Iveda's cloud surveillance services in the fast growing Caribbean and South American markets.

The partners will target government agencies, telecommunications companies, corporate entities and community watch groups in the region, who need access to customized, affordable and easy to implement cloud-based surveillance security products and services.

With the initial pilot projects that have already been completed by HSL throughout the Caribbean and South America, this new alliance is well-positioned to become the leader of cloud-based video surveillance solutions in this fast growing geographical region of the world.
