Roald Rogne, Plant Manager Midsund and primary insider in Hofseth BioCare ASA, has today, 27 May 2014 subscribed for 100,000 new shares in the Company at a subscription price of NOK 1 per share in a private placement.
Following the transaction, Roald Rogne holds 185,714 shares in the Company, corresponding to 0.19 % of the total shares outstanding.
