As previously announced the Annual General Meeting on 23 April 2014 resolved to
cancel treasury shares and to carry out a bonus issue without issuing new
shares.
In May 2014 the Company’s share capital was decreased by SEK 47,674.14 through
cancellation of 2,383,707 treasury shares, the share capital was further
increased through a bonus issue with the equivalent amount without issuing new
shares.
After the cancellation, the Company has in total 77,360,944 outstanding shares
equivalent to the same number of votes.
