Sotheby's International Realty Canada Expands to Meet Growing Demand in Calgary Real Estate Market

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - June 3, 2014) - Sotheby's International Realty Canada announced today the expansion of its Calgary operations and services, forecasting continued strength in the city's conventional and luxury real estate market segments. Plans include the doubling of the company's office space at a new location at 815 - 17th Avenue SW in the summer of 2014, as well as the addition of exclusive new service arrangements with private aviation services company Albatros Aircraft Corporation operating out of Million Air.

Spearheaded by Mark Evernden, Senior Vice President of Sales with Sotheby's International Realty Canada in Calgary, the ability to offer private jet and helicopter services to targeted clientele comes at a pivotal time as Calgary's economy draws an increasing number of local, national and global elite travelling in and out of the city for business and leisure.
