RCI BANQUE ISSUES A € 600 MILLION FRN MATURING IN 2017
RCI Banque has issued a 3 year Floating Rate Note.
After the placement in March of a 7 year bond, the longest ever issued by RCI Banque, the company returns for the first time since the financial crisis on the FRN market.
This deal, issued with a 72 basis points spread above the 3 month Euribor, is the public issue with the tightest credit spread for the group since the financial crisis.
