Kurt Heinemann joins the company as chief marketing officer and Rob Crane as the new vice president of sales. As chief marketing officer, Heinemann is responsible for the Reflektion brand as well as creating and setting the vision for the marketing team and working with sales to drive customer acquisition strategies. As vice president of sales, Crane is responsible for the direction and management of all opportunity and demand management. As such, Crane will assist both inside and outside sales teams to help drive revenue for the company.

Previously, Heinemann served as chief marketing officer for Marketwired/Sysomos, where he re-launched both brands as well as led the successful turnaround of the lead generation and content strategy efforts for both brands. Before that, Heinemann was chief marketing officer for Monetate, where he helped double revenue for the cloud-based browser technology company. Heinemann also held senior executive positions at leading consumer marketing firms including Priceline, Time Warner/Synapse Connect and Walker Digital Companies, where he leveraged his expertise in corporate strategy, product development, customer acquisition and retention, and creative development to increase lead generation, revenue, and market share.

Crane began his career in enterprise software with Adaytum, where he helped lead five-fold revenue growth and an eventual acquisition by Cognos.
