Addtech acquires Tampereen Sähköpalvelu Oy (TSP Oy)

Addtech Energy, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an
agreement to acquire all shares in TSP Oy.
TSP is a technology trading company that markets and sells components for
electrical installations to OEM customers mainly on the Finnish market. The
product range include cabling, connectors and cable glands.

The company represents global leading suppliers and commands a solid position in
the Finnish market in its customer and product segments. TSP will complement
Addtech’s current operations in the business unit Energy Products. The company
has 25 employees and sales of around EUR 7,5 million.

The closing is estimated to take place in the beginning of July 2014. The
acquisition is estimated to have a marginally positive effect on Addtech’s
earnings per share during the current financial year.
