VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - July 8, 2014) - Effective immediately, the shares of Mobio Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE:MBO) (OTCQX:MBIOF) are trading under the symbol "MBIOF" on the OTCQX in the United States and are no longer trading under the symbol "LXVTF". The change in trading symbol is commensurate with the changes announced July 7, 2014, when the Company changed its corporate name from "LX Ventures Inc." to "Mobio Technologies Inc.", and began trading as "MBO" on the TSX Venture Exchange and ceased to trade under the ticker symbol "LXV".
