Gary will focus on Lityx's growth through the development of new relationships, enhanced solution offerings, process improvements and marketing of Lityx's value proposition. Simon will also focus on the development of new relationships along with service delivery, growth and satisfaction to existing clients.

Gary Robinson joins Lityx with more than 20 years' experience in marketing analytics and CRM. He was most recently Vice President in the Quantitative Marketing Group at Merkle, where he oversaw analytic engagements for some of Merkle's top clients. This involved solutions supporting customer engagement, acquisition, retention and maximization for clients across key vertical industries such as Insurance, Financial Service, Pharma, Health Care, Telecommunications and Travel & Entertainment. Prior to Merkle, Gary was an SVP at Bank of America where he held various positions including marketing director, and head of database marketing, as well as running strategy, analytics, and list procurement. Gary has a Master's Degree in Statistics and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Arizona State University and also served in the U.S. Air Force.
Simon Poole joins Lityx with over twenty years of experience successfully building and managing Marketing Analytics and CPG Analytics teams. He is able to skillfully blend advanced analytics, consumer behavior, and market dynamics to solve client challenges. He started his career as a statistician in the Credit and Risk department at HSBC in the UK. After moving to the US in 1995, he spent 10 years at IRI where he was responsible for managing the deployment of consumer packaged goods processing, reporting and analytic capabilities in Greece, Poland, Venezuela and Cyprus. He was also practice leader at Allant for 10 years, delivering analytics and strategy to the cable, telco, retail, energy, healthcare, insurance and financial service industries. Simon graduated from Sheffield University in the UK with a Bachelor's in Statistics/Economics and a Master's in Statistics.
