FAIRFIELD, NJ and TAIPEI, TAIWAN--(Marketwired - Jul 14, 2014) - Timecruiser Computing Corporation (TCC), a leading cloud solution provider for educational institutions, announced it has secured substantial funding from Wistron Corporation, a multinational, original design manufacturer for information and communication technology products based in Taiwan. The additional capital will allow Timecruiser to solidify and expand its footprint and development in the US higher education marketplace.
In addition to the capital investment, Wistron Corporation will also license TCC's CampusCruiser product line to enter the global education market. To capture this opportunity, a joint venture between Wistron Corporation and Timecruiser Computing Corporation has been created and based in Hong Kong.

James Wang, another of Timecruiser's co-founders has entered into the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Timecruiser co-founder and former CEO, Allen Wang will be leading the global market initiative as the president of the new Joint Venture.
