(the "Company") (OTC:EVLI), announced today that its Board of Directors has appointed Stacey Johnigarn as the Director of Corporate Compliance. Ms. Johnigarn previously held a position as a consultant to the Company's subsidiary, Totalpost Services, Inc. In addition, the Company hired two full time sales managers and two regional sales representatives to its sales team in its commitment to increase sales.

The new sales team will be focused on expanding Everlert's presence into e-commerce platforms in order to capitalize on direct-to-consumer sales. This is a new addition to its current sales model, which focuses on the wholesale market through its subsidiary, Totalpost Services. By expanding its customer base to end users, the Company hopes to increase its gross margins, sales volume, customer mix, and brand recognition. The new sales team has undergone extensive training over the last couple of weeks from mailroom industry veterans.
Ms. Johnigarn is a licensed Certified Management Accountant (CMA). She worked for Sony Pictures and then for Universal Pictures as a Senior Financial Analyst for over a decade, where she was responsible for the financial reporting of critical operating segments. She has since gone on to provide consulting services to several large publicly traded companies relating to Sarbanes Oxley (SOX 404) compliance, forensic audits, accounting services, and due diligence procedures.
Ms. Johnigarn holds a B.A. degree in Accountancy from Barcley College. She has also received numerous accolades for providing services to various governmental agencies and has produced several television shows.
