Orion Corporation's publication schedules for financial reporting in 2015

Orion Corporation will publish its Financial Statement Release 2014 on
Wednesday, 4 February 2015.

The publication dates of the Interim Reports in 2015 are as follows:

Interim Report January-March 2015                    Wednesday, 29 April 2015
Interim Report January-June 2015                      Tuesday, 28 July 2015
Interim Report January-September 2015             Tuesday, 27 October 2015

The Financial Statements and the report of the Board of Directors 2014 will be
published on the Company's website at the latest in week 10/2015.

The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Tuesday, 24 March 2015 in
Helsinki.

Orion's financial reports and related presentation material are available on the
Group's website at http://www.orion.fi/investors promptly after the publishing.
The website also provides a possibility to register on Orion's mailing lists for
releases.
