NORTH MIAMI BEACH, Fla., Aug. 6, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Where will your watch take you? Climb higher, go further, dive deeper, and see brighter! No more limitations with your watch!
ArmourLite Watch Company is continuing to expand its line of Isobrite T100 tritium illuminated watches. On the first day of Outdoor Retailer Summer Market 2014 in Salt Lake City, Utah, ArmourLite proudly introduces the all-new Isobrite Master Admiral Series. The Master Admiral Series, along with the recently announced Executive Series, become the first Isobrite watches to offer stainless steel case construction. Until now, Isobrite watches have only been available with polycarbonate case construction.
What really sets the Isobrite line of watches apart from the competition is the use of Swiss T100 tritium illumination, the world's brightest. The T100 tritium markers offer up to four times more brightness than a standard tritium illuminated watch.
The first two models to be released as part of the Isobrite Master Admiral Series are ISO501 and ISO502. The watches feature ultra tough stainless steel case construction with anti-reflective scratch resistant sapphire crystal. Swiss Ronda 715Li quartz movements with 10-year lithium batteries power the watches while Swiss T100 tritium markers provide 20+ years of continuous illumination. A unidirectional rotating bezel with a tritium marker is ideal for keeping elapsed time. For the avid diver or outdoorsmen, ISO501 and ISO502 offer 200m of dive-friendly water resistance. The watches come standard with a stainless steel bracelet and will also be available with a rubber band.
ISO501 and ISO502 offer the following features:
- Ultra bright T100 tritium illumination that's up to four times brighter than the leading T25 models
- Ultra tough stainless steel case construction
- Swiss Ronda 715Li quartz movement with a 10-year lithium battery
- Anti-reflective scratch resistant sapphire crystal
- 200m water resistance rated for diving
- Unidirectional elapsed-time bezel with a tritium marker
- Stainless steel bracelet (also available with rubber band)
- Case Diameter: 46mm
- Crown: 7mm
- Zippered travel case
The hands, number markers, and bezel on the Isobrite watches feature small, self-luminous tritium-filled vials. This safe and reliable permanent illumination technology allows the user to easily tell the time at a glance, even in the darkest lighting conditions. Tritium illumination is commonly used for the instrument dials in aircraft, compasses and night sights for weapons since it does not require a battery or external power supply and it remains constantly illuminated for 20+ years.
ISO501 and ISO502 will be available for sale in late Fall 2014. Authorized ArmourLite dealers will begin taking pre-orders immediately. The watches will be on display at the ArmourLite Watch Company booth PV3337 inside The Pavilions @ OR.
