SALT LAKE CITY, Aug. 7, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- INCEPTION MINING INC. (OTCQB:IMII) ("Inception" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the start of operations at its U.P. and Burlington patented mining claims, located near Salmon, Idaho.

The Company has commenced onsite operations effective July 29, 2014. Michael Ahlin, the Company's CEO, stated, "Field operations commenced immediately upon the final snow melt and adequate drying of public roadways as necessary for our equipment transport. The initial work will consist of cutting an access road of approximately 3,000 feet."
The Company recently acquired all of the leases underlying the roadway and hopes to identify additional potential exploration opportunities along the leased areas. Following the roadway completion and the initial site preparation, the Company will begin a surface bulk sampling program, coupled with portal development as necessary to open and profile several existing historical adits. With additional drill results expected later in the season, the Company will expand its current 43-101 Technical Analysis to a full reserve analysis, hopefully validating the historical resource estimate of several hundred thousand ounces of gold. The Company has all necessary permits, contractors ready and a milling contract in place as necessary to extract and process its initial bulk samples.
