Revised financial calendar 2014
Auriga changes the release date for announcing the Q2 2014 earnings release.
The interim report for Q2 will now be released on Thursday, August 14, 2014, around 8.00 CET (8 am) when the Board of Directors has approved the financial statements.
As usual, the release will be followed by a presentation of the financial report via audiocast and conference call where analysts and institutional investors can ask questions to the financials. The presentation will be held at 10.00 CET (10 am) with expected duration of max. 1 hour. Call-in details will appear from www.auriga-industries.com.
It appears from the company announcement no. 13/2013 of September 23, 2013, that the release of the Q2 report 2014 originally was planned for August 19, 2014, which is now canceled.
The revised financial calendar for 2014 is now:
March 6, 2014: Annual report 2013
April 2, 2014: Annual General Meeting 2014
May 15, 2014: Interim report, 1st quarter 2014
August 14, 2014: Interim report, 2nd quarter 2014
November 19, 2014: Interim report, 3rd quarter 2014
