Schechter has joined Incapital as Managing Director of Capital Markets and will be responsible for spearheading the firm's efforts in origination, structuring and distribution of private placements, securitizations, leasing and project finance.

Schechter joins Incapital from London-based Schechter & Co. Limited, where he was Managing Director and Partner, overseeing all aspects of debt finance, equity linked finance, lease finance and financial and strategic advice, with specific expertise in cross-border debt and lease financings and U.K. domestic Debt placements and leasing.
In that position, Schechter placed several billion dollars, pounds and euros of cross-border debt and lease financings in a wide range of sectors. Highlight transactions include raising $475 million for oil and gas exploration and production company Venture Production plc, multiple transactions for FTSE 250 companies including Serco Group plc and Hunting PLC, securitizations of receivables from credits such as OAO Gazprom and Adidas and several waste-to-energy deals in the power generation sector including the first ever private placement out of the Republic of Cyprus.
Larry Schechter is also widely known in sports finance for capital raises in European soccer for Champions League clubs FC Schalke 04, Manchester City Football Club and others.
Previously, Mr Schechter was Managing Director and Head of Debt Capital Markets at Bear Stearns International Limited and worked in Equity Derivatives for Lehman Brothers International. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California.
