Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Bionor Pharma ASA ("Bionor" or the "Company") published at 07:30 CET today. Bionor announces that members of the Company's Board of Directors and Management participated in the Company's Private Placement and purchased a total of 77,660 shares at NOK 2.35 per share.
· Deputy Chairman Øystein Soug purchased 27,660 shares through his Company Abakus Invest AS and controls after the transaction a total of 107,205 shares in the Company
· CEO Anker Lundemose purchased 25,000 shares and controls after the transaction a total of 125,000 shares in the Company
· CFO Synne H. Røine purchased 25,000 shares and controls after the transaction a total of 50,000 shares in the Company
