Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce Brokers 25,000 Square Foot Lease for Landmark Home Warranty

SALT LAKE CITY, UT--(Marketwired - Sep 10, 2014) - Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce today announced it has brokered a new lease for Landmark Home Warranty at Riverpark 2, 10701 S. Riverfront pkwy in South Jordan, Utah.

The nearly 25,000 square foot office space lease was negotiated on behalf of Landmark Home Warranty by Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce brokers Jeff Rossi and Trigger Reital.

Rossi, a senior director with Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce and a member of its Tenant Advisory Team, said regarding the transaction, "Landmark Home Warranty was looking for a new, larger space in order to relocate their corporate headquarters and consolidate several disparate locations from around the valley into one facility. Riverpark Corporate Center will allow them to attract new talent and provide new amenities to their valued employees for many years into the future."

Landmark Home Warranty provides home warranties for residential properties in several western states. It will leverage the new corporate headquarters to more than double its workforce with an estimated additional 150 jobs over the next three years.
