TAMPA, Fla., Oct. 1, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- IVANS Insurance Solutions, a division of Applied Systems, today announced that 10 insurance carriers received the Applied IVANS Interface Leadership Award and 60 received the Applied IVANS Interface Partner Award at IVANS Connect, a new insurance industry conference dedicated to advancing information exchange and connectivity among carriers, agencies and their insureds through technology. The awards continue IVANS' tradition of honoring insurance carriers for excellence in information exchange with their independent insurance agencies.
The Applied IVANS Interface Leadership Award recognizes carriers that distinguish themselves in the advancement and innovation of carrier-agency interface. Award recipients include: Columbia Insurance Group, Concord Group Insurance, Donegal Insurance Group, Frankenmuth Insurance, Grinnell Mutual Reinsurance Company, Motorist Mutual Insurance Company, Nationwide, Penn National Insurance, The Hanover insurance Group, and Utica National Insurance Group.
Carriers recognized with the Applied IVANS Interface Partner Award have partnered with IVANS to offer agencies a full complement of IVANS Download and IVANS Real-Time transactions to their agents. This year, 60 U.S. insurance companies received the award for offering policy download and real-time rating transactions.
