Brydon has been included on the national trial teams of several corporate clients and admitted pro hac vice as trial counsel in multiple jurisdictions.
A member of the American Board of Trial Advocates for nearly 25 years, Brydon has been a Certified Specialist in Civil Trial Law and a Diplomate of the National Board of Trial Advocacy for more than two decades. He has earned the rank of Advocate in the American Board of Trial Advocates and is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America.
An active member of the Defense Research Institute and the Association of Defense Counsel, Brydon has lectured on topics of defense in bad faith lawsuits, insurance coverage disputes, defense of products liability claims and trial practice. He has been appointed to the Executive Board of the Defense Institute of the International Society of Primerus Law Firms.
Brydon received his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law (1978), his M.A. from California State University, Sacramento (1975) and his B.A. from University of the Pacific (1972).
