Lysaker, 28 October 2014: Scanship Holding ASA has through its subsidiary Scanship AS, been awarded contracts for delivery of Scanship Total Clean Ship Systems for two cruise vessels at a European shipyard. The main delivery of equipment will take place in 2015 and in 2016. The contract includes options for equipment deliveries for two additional vessels.
"With these total clean ship contracts we are expanding our market share in the Cruise Newbuilding space, increasing our orderbook substantially. The contracts are the largest to date since 2009", says CEO Henrik Badin.
The Scanship Total Clean Ship System includes process technology for foodwaste, garbage and wastewater.
