Elliott Taylor is the Firm's managing partner and will be actively providing Everlert with SEC legal services. During his 27 year legal career, he has represented corporate clients in a wide range of matters, including mergers, acquisitions, contracts, licenses and securities transactions relying on his proficiency in a broad range of industries and areas of practice. In addition, he has provided legal representation in mediation, arbitration and defending clients in a number of securities industry regulatory matters with the SEC, PCAOB, FINRA, CFTC and NFA. Mr. Taylor served eight years as general counsel for a NASDAQ listed company and worked of-counsel at The Lebrecht Group and Parsons Behle & Latimer, one of Salt Lake City's oldest and largest law firms. He is currently the chair of the Utah Bar Corporate and Securities Law practice section (2013-14 term).
