Latest Release of ISCS's SurePower Innovation(R) Includes New Web Service Portal

SAN JOSE, CA--(Marketwired - Nov 20, 2014) - ISCS, developer of the industry-proven, modern enterprise suite, SurePower Innovation®, is pleased to announce the immediate availability of version 3.0.9 for property and casualty (P&C) insurer clients.

ISCS's new, customer-centric web service portal replaces the existing portal included in previous versions of SurePower Innovation with a totally new look and feel that is brandable and configurable. The portal also features an improved registration process which includes the ability for users to get access via a text/email PIN or by answering security questions, as well as updated payment capabilities, coverage detail presentations produced by product-specific rules, a claim/accident reporting wizard, a policy change request wizard, and links to and from the new web service portal.

Suggested by several SurePower Innovation users, the improved multi-state policy capability introduces more intuitive definition of insurance products with a countrywide common configuration and state-specific configurations. The enhanced functionality in version 3.0.9 provides for more straightforward versioning, maintenance, and configuration through PowerTools™, as well as for easier regulatory compliance since countrywide and state product versions are segregated appropriately and SurePower Innovation automatically controls which state rules are called and which tiles are shown with just normal configuration.

Additional enhancements in version 3.0.9 of ISCS's SurePower Innovation include:

• Addition of Correspondence actions in each File tab; and
• Availability of Add Note and Add Attachment actions in a new pop-up.
