Blue Line Protection Group to Secure Cannabis Cultivation Campus for Agritek Holdings

DENVER, CO--(Marketwired - Dec 4, 2014) - Blue Line Protection Group, Inc. "Blue Line" (OTCBB: BLPG) (OTCQB: BLPG), a leader in providing regulatory compliance, security consultation and protection services to high-value asset industries, today announced a new security contract with Agritek Holdings, Inc. and its new cannabis cultivation campus under development near Pueblo, Colorado.

Agritek Holdings, Inc., a leader in Compassionate Care Technology and indoor/outdoor agricultural solutions for the medicinal marijuana industry, is building the campus and will lease space to licensed tenants operating in the lawful cannabis industry. Blue Line will provide armed protection staff to secure the campus during the construction phase and when the campus is fully leased and operational. The first phase of the campus facility is expected to be completed around March 2015.

According to the terms of the lease agreements, all tenants of the campus will be required to use Blue Line to transport all lawful cannabis products from their individual grow locations to the central campus warehouse or to dispensaries throughout Colorado. In addition, Blue Line will act as a security consultant for Agritek Holdings, providing expertise and recommendations related to perimeter security and fencing, surveillance cameras and monitoring services. Blue Line will also act as a consultant to Agritek as part of its compliance program to introduce potential banking services to various businesses in the industry.

"This first 12 month contract with Agritek will provide significant recurring annual revenue for Blue Line," said Dan Sullivan, Blue Line's Vice President of Sales and Training. "We're expecting approximately $570,000 in gross revenue annually just from our guard services once the facility is fully operational. Our transportation services for the campus tenants will bring in around another $400,000 with a fully-leased campus. In addition, our electronic security and compliance consulting services to Agritek and the campus tenants will potentially introduce other significant revenue streams."
