Toulouse, the IGE+XAO Group announces:
Consolidated turnover for 1st quarter of 2014/2015 (in IFRS norms)
(Period from 1st August 2014 to 31 October 2014).
Activity on the rise
Over the first quarter 2014/2015, IGE+XAO has turnover of 5,996,736 euros compared to 5,661,491 euros in 2013/2014, which is an increase of 5.9% and 6.7% under constant IFRS accounting standards. Indeed, due to the application of the new IFRS 11 standard, the Group had to consolidate two subsidiaries held under joint control, EHMS and S2E Consulting. Without this change in the accounting method, which does not affect the percentage of holding or the governance of IGE+XAO in these two companies, growth in the Group would have been 6.7%.
In a still difficult economic climate, IGE+XAO's commercial activity benefited from strong growth in its international operations and from the momentum stemming from the Group's recent acquisitions.
In parallel, in terms of products, the period was marked by the release of the new version V4R2 of the SEE Electrical Expert software, the Group's high-end Electrical CAD (Computer Aided Design) software.
Finally, from a financial standpoint, IGE+XAO Group has a solid structure with at 31 July 2014 a net cash flow of 26.7 million euros and operational profitability of 25%. In this context, and while still retaining its high level of profitability, the Group is planning to accelerate its international development in the upcoming months the opening of new international locations, in particular in Eastern Europe and South America.
