Scanship Holding ASA : Appoints Fondsfinans AS as market maker

Lysaker, December 10th 2014.

Scanship Holding ASA has today appointed Fondsfinans AS as market maker of its shares at Oslo Axess.The purpose of the agreement is to improve the liquidity in the stock and help realize the full value potential in our shares.

The agreement is in accordance with the requirements set out by the Oslo Stock Exchange and will be effective from December 15th 2014.
