Changes in Fingrid Oyj's ownership structure

Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company, Mandatum Life Insurance Company Ltd and IF P&C Insurance Company Ltd have sold their shares in Fingrid to the State Pension Fund. The transaction was completed 15 December 2014.

After the transaction, Fingrid's ownership structure is as follows:

Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company 19.88%
The State Pension Fund   14.56%
National Emergency Supply Agency  11.58%
Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company   4.51%
Pohjola Insurance Ltd     4.51%

LocalTapiola Mutual Life Insurance Company   1.41%
Imatran Seudun Sähkö Oy     0.30%
Fennia Life Insurance Company Ltd    0.18%
