Vacon Plc will publish its Financial Report for 2014 on Thursday 12 February
2015 at 9.30 am. The electronic version of the Annual Report 2014 will be
published in week 12.

Vacon Plc's Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday 26 June 2015 at 9.00
a.m. in Vaasa, Finland. A stock exchange release on the resolutions made in the
meeting will be published after the Annual General Meeting.

The Interim Reports will be released in 2015 as follows:

  * January-March: Tuesday 28 April at 9.30 am
  * January-June: Wednesday 29 July at 9.30 am
  * January-September: Wednesday 21 October at 9.30 am
