Akelius buys in Montreal and Paris

During December 2014 Akelius has acquired three properties with a total of 416
apartments in Montreal and one property with 48 apartments in Paris.  The
properties in Montreal have been built between 1955 and 1967 and the one in
Paris is from 1900.  The total value of the transactions amount to SEK 622
million.

Akelius has bought its first property in Paris earlier this year in September
and the first one in Montreal in October.

VD, Pål Ahlsén: The acquisitions fit very well to Akelius’ strategy of growing
in metropolitan areas via cherry picking.
