Dubin, partner and chair of the firm's Matrimonial and Family Law practice, addressed legal and financial professionals attending the AICPA Advanced Personal Planning Conference in Las Vegas, NV on January 19, 2015. "Prenups have proliferated in recent years," Arlene stated. "We face a national divorce rate of 50% overall and 60% for remarriages." With the majority of divorces occurring over money, Arlene believes that prenups can help couples communicate and compromise before the wedding, alleviating anxiety and trauma should conflict occur in the future.
