Dexia Credit Local decided to issue on 23 January 2015 - GBP 25,000,000 - Floating Rate Notes due April 2016 guaranteed by the States of Belgium, France and Luxembourg to be assimilated to the GBP 200,000,000 issued on 15 April 2014, the GBP 50,000,000 issued on 10 September 2014 and the GBP 7,000,000 issued on 15 September 2014
The Information Memorandum dated 27 June 2014 relating to the Guaranteed Euro Medium Term Notes Programme benefitting from an unconditional and irrevocable first demand guarantee by the States of Belgium, France and Luxembourg, the supplements to the Base Prospectus dated 21 August 2014, 28 October 2014, 17 November 2014 and 17 December 2014, approved by the Luxembourg Stock Exchange are available on the website of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (www.bourse.lu), at the registered office of the issuer: Tour Dexia La Défense 2 - 1, Passerelle des Reflets - TSA 92 202 - 92919 La Défense Cedex, France, and at the office of the Paying Agent.
