Polygon announces new Chairman of the Board

Luc Hendriks has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Polygon AB and
replaces the current Chairman effective today.

Luc Hendriks joined Triton in 2007 and is currently a Senior Industry Expert at
West Park Management Services (WPMS) based in Frankfurt. Prior he spent eight
years at Brambles as Executive Director based in Belgium with responsibility of
several international European and USA based companies. Before that he was with
General Electric for ten years, working in the Netherlands, Germany and the USA
in various commercial and management roles. He holds a Master’s degree in
Mechanical Engineering from University of Technology in Eindhoven, Netherlands.
