Trifolium AS is wholly owned by Erling Øverland and his wife. Trifolium AS exercised all subscription rights immediately after the transaction was completed.
Erling Øverland now owns 32.500 shares privately and 29.445 shares through Trifolium AS. This gives Erling Øverland a total shareholding in the company of 61.945 shares and 0 subscription rights.
