Ross' Gold Signs Licensing Agreement With Canna Products USA Inc. for Line of Hemp and CBD Products to Be Sold Both Online and Through Retail Outlets

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - January 28, 2015) - Ross' Gold™ a subsidiary of Green and Hill Industries Inc. (OTC: GHIL) (the "Company") today announced that it has signed a licensing agreement with Canna Products USA (CP USA)to manufacture, distribute and sell a line of Ross' Gold™ Hemp and CBD (Cannabidiol) products to their customers through online channels and third party retail outlets in the USA.

CP USA is the exclusive manufacturer and distributor of the following nationally recognized brands including Yellow Emperor Ma Gu Premium CBD, Bluegrass Natural Remedies, and Java Joe Hemp Coffee featuring natural Hemp CBD, and added Terpenoids and Flavoids. CP USA was granted a non-exclusive license in the United States to manufacture, distribute and sell Ross' Gold brands including Hemp and CBD infused products. Sales are expected to begin in March 2015.
