Lansmont and Team Corporations Join Data Physics to Form Noise and Vibration Platform

BOSTON, MA--(Marketwired - Jan 29, 2015) - Battery Ventures, a global investment firm, has reached an agreement to acquire a controlling stake in Lansmont Corporation and Team Corporation. Lansmont, based in Monterey, Calif., and Team -- a subsidiary of Lansmont based in Burlington, Wash. -- will join Data Physics as independent operating companies within Battery's portfolio of test-and-measurement companies focusing on noise and vibration. Together, these companies create a leading and comprehensive platform of vibration-testing equipment with global reach. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
