BCBusiness Unveils BC's Most Loved Brands of 2015

BURNABY, BC--(Marketwired - January 29, 2015) - BCBusiness editor-in-chief, Matt O'Grady is excited to announce the release of BC's Most Loved Brands for 2015.

Developed by Ipsos, this year's list involved surveying 1,349 British Columbians to determine how brands scored holistically, as well as on a variety of independent brand attributes. "This score -- the so-called 'brand love' -- matters for two reasons," says Executive Vice President of Ipsos, Michael Rodenburgh. "One, people want to do business with brands that they love, so there is a high correlation between sales and equity. And two, when times get tough for a business, brands with strong equity scores tend to resist negative market forces."

O'Grady adds, "There was a lot of excitement over last year's list so we're glad to bring back the Most Loved Brands package -- and thrilled to be partnering with Ipsos once again to make it happen."
