CHARLOTTE, N.C., Jan. 30, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Premier, Inc. (Nasdaq:PINC) plans to report fiscal 2015 second-quarter financial results after the market closes on Monday, February 9, 2015, followed by a conference call at 5:00 p.m. ET to discuss the results.
