Travel in the Month of Romance: New Findings on Feeding the Heart

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - Feb 2, 2015) - What do couples need to reconnect? If they are 45 or older, a quick romantic getaway will do the trick according to new findings from AARP. But the catch is: you have to take that trip.

Only 15 percent of those polled by an AARP Travel survey last month admitted having taken a vacation with their romantic other in the past two years. The study found that most couples that do take a romantic trip or weekend together do manage to reconnect and, for those traveling abroad, beaches in the Caribbean took top honors as the most convenient getaways.
