AS “Nordeka” has received notification on the significant shareholding from Juris Savickis (see attached).
According to this notification Juris Savickis in total directly and indirectly has acquired voting rights on 1 813 154 shares, which constitutes 95.10% of AS “Nordeka” voting capital. Directly J.Savickis owns 930 330 shares or 48.80% of the capital, but indirectly as proxy of Sandra Savicka, Pēteris Ločmelis and Jānis Lauga his has right to use voting rights on 882 824 shares or 46.30% of the capital.
