NEW YORK, Feb. 10, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Moses & Singer LLP represented the Tolsa Group in its acquisition of substantially all the assets of US Bentonite, Rock Springs Mineral Processing and Rock Springs Properties, the owners of mining rights of high grade sodium bentonite. The acquisition included the processing factory located in Bucknum, Wyoming. The sale was conducted under section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code and was finalized on December 23, 2014.
