Change of personnel representative on Proffice’s Board of Directors

Evelyn Tusach has been elected by members of Unionens Riksklubb at Proffice to
replace Anette Hellgren as personnel representative on Proffice Aktiebolag’s
Board of Directors. The change occurs today to coincide with the additional
statutory board meeting.

Magnus Bergström continues to serve on the Board as personnel representative,
appointed by Unionen.

Furthermore, Christer Persson continues to serve on the Board as personnel
representative, with Anna Gustafsson as deputy employee representative, both
appointed by IF Metall.
