An experienced senior leader in the region, Borges will focus on strengthening B2X's local presence through the management of local and global client relationships and the continued development of the company's services and global technology platform. Borges will report into Thomas Berlemann, B2X's CEO, and work closely with the rest of the global leadership team.

With in-depth market knowledge of the Latin American mobile landscape, Borges has nearly 15 years of experience in aftersales and customer services. Prior to joining B2X, Borges was Director of Customer Services in Latin America for Brightstar Corporation, where he managed repair and reverse logistics operations for the biggest carriers in Latin America. In his time with Brightstar, Borges oversaw operations for more than 4,370 stores and 246 service points in Latin America. Prior to his role at Brightstar, Borges was involved with aftersales and customer services with major telecom players Sony Ericsson Mobile Communication and Ericsson Telecommunications.
