SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - Feb 17, 2015) - InsideView, the most accurate source of market intelligence, today invited all software developers using LinkedIn's data APIs to switch to InsideView Open. This is in response to last week's news that LinkedIn will be limiting their previously-open APIs in May.
InsideView Open boosts the accuracy, value, and adoption of applications by allowing developers to easily (and affordably) tap into company and contact data, business insights, and market intelligence. Today, developers are using InsideView APIs to improve the accuracy of predictive analytics, drive more targeted marketing programs, score and route sales leads more quickly and effectively, and improve sales effectiveness.
InsideView Open is standards-based and uses simple REST-based APIs, allowing the fast and easy integration of InsideView's market intelligence into any business-to-business (B2B) application, on any platform.
"We believe that developers need open access to data in order to be the most agile and creative," said Jenny Cheng, Chief Product Officer at InsideView. "That's why we developed our Open API product line. We want to help developers build solutions that inform the entire enterprise, drive marketing effectiveness, and deliver sales results. We are committed to our open platform and welcome all developers to work with InsideView."
InsideView offers a number of APIs today, with more on the horizon. Current API offerings include:
- Company and contact data
- Data enrichment
- Target APIs to build focused lists of companies and contacts
- Insights, which deliver curated, business-focused news and social content to developers' applications
